User ID - Enter the User ID that was selected during registration.

Password - Enter the password that was selected during registration.


 

Common Questions

Below are answers to common questions about logging into the online system.

 

How do I register?

From the login screen, click on the "register for an account" link located at the top of the screen and follow the instructions to register your account.

Once you are registered, you will receive an email with a link for you to set up a password. The email is valid for three days only, after which time you'll need to re-register.

 

What if I forget my User ID?

If you do not remember your User ID, select the Forgot User ID link. You will need to know the email address you registered with in order to have your User ID emailed to you. If you do not remember the email address, please contact the Customer Care Center at 866-9EYEMED (866-939-3633) for assistance.

 

What if I forget my password?

To reset your password, select the Forgot Password link on the log in page. You will need to know your User ID to reset the password. You will receive an email (to the email address currently on file in the system) containing a link to the password reset page, where you can select a new password. For further assistance, contact the Customer Care Center at 866-9EYEMED (866-939-3633).

 

I am attempting to register or log in, but my Member record is not found.

 

Several things could be causing this issue, including one of the following:
 

  • You have a discount plan, a program that provides you with flat discounts on your eye care services and eyewear. Discount plan members do not need to log in. Instead, use the Discount Plan feature at the bottom of the page to find your plan information.
  • You have keyed your username and password incorrectly.
  • You have used incorrect capitalization. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
  • Your company no longer offers a vision plan or you are no longer enrolled in the plan.
  • Your vision plan has not yet become effective. Your vision plan must be active in order for you to register. Check with your plan administrator to confirm the plan effective date.

I know my username and password, but they are not working.

 

Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. Please check your capitalization.

Also, please verify your plan is in effect and you are still enrolled. If the plan or your enrollment has been terminated, your login will no longer work.

I have just registered, but my login is not working.

 

You must confirm your registration by clicking the link in the email sent to you from EyeMed. Your username and password will not work until this has been done. If you have confirmed your registration and the problem persists, try re-registering for an account here.

 

Why does the system log me out automatically?
 
For security reasons, the system will log you out automatically after five minutes of inactivity.

 

What is the EyeMed Discount Program?

The EyeMed Discount Program allows you to save a fixed percentage off eye exams and eyeglasses or contact lenses. Discount savings are typically available on an unlimited basis.

This differs from EyeMed funded plans which provide fixed copayments and allowances for exams, frames, lenses or contact lenses.

Refer to your vision plan materials or contact your plan administrator if you are not sure which type of plan you have.
