Below are answers to common questions about solving login trouble.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, simply click the "I forgot my password" link. You will be prompted to enter your User ID. You will then receive an email containing a link. When you select the link, you will be able to enter a new password and can proceed to use the Online Group Management System from there. You must know your User ID in order to reset your password.

Do I need to reset my password if I've been locked out of my account?

No. If you enter an incorrect password three times in a row, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. After that time, your account will unlock. If you still do not remember your password, you can reset it using the forgot password feature.

What do I do if I don't know my User ID?

If you cannot remember your User ID, select the "I forgot my User ID" link. You will then need to enter the email address you used when registering for the system. You will receive an email listing all User IDs associated with that email address.

Please note that you only need one User ID. To consolidate your plans to one User ID, contact your account manager.

I completed the "forgot User ID" process but never received an email. Why?

The most likely reason for this is that the email address you entered is not the same one you used when registering for the Online Group Management System. Contact your account manager for further assistance.

What should I do if I can't remember my User ID or the email address I used when registering?

If you are unable to recall the email address you used for registration, contact your account manager to reset your user information.
