Here's How It Works:
If you are a Service Benefit Plan member in need of replacement contact lenses, this program adds great value to you. Please note, this service is designed for replacement contact lenses only, and your Service Benefit Plan discount toward conventional contact lenses does not apply to this program. Additionally, you should always receive a comprehensive contact lens exam and your initial pair of lenses from your EyeMed professional provider for proper fit and follow-up care.

1. Logon to www.eyemedcontacts.com to order replacement lenses. You must be an active EyeMed Vision Care member to order replacement lenses. You may also order lenses by calling 1-800-508-1399; however, a $2.95 administration fee applies to all phone orders.
2. You must have a valid contact lens prescription to use this program. A prescription will be requested from your EyeMed Vision Care provider and orders will not be processed without a prescription.
3. You will need to select the name of your vision care provider, enter the brand and quantity you wish to order, as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that since this service is not part of your vision discount plan, you will be responsible for all expenses incurred in utilizing this service. The total cost of your order will appear on the screen. There is a standard $5.95 shipping charge on all orders, unless the manufacturer is running a special offer such as free shipping, at the time of your order.
4. Eyemedcontacts.com will do the rest! Upon release of your contact lens prescription by your eye care provider, your lenses will be mailed directly to your home.

Please note that for quality of care purposes, the eyemedcontacts.com system may limit your order if your request exceeds a reasonable quantity past the expiration date of your prescription. Additionally, some providers may opt not to participate in the program.
